Yes — shipping is free on orders above ₹5,000 within India. Below that, the shipping charge is calculated for your delivery PIN code and shown at checkout before you pay.

Not at present. Orders can only be placed for delivery within India. Please write to us if you are ordering from abroad and we will let you know as soon as international delivery opens.

Accepted Answer

Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address while your order is still being prepared, but not once it has been handed to the courier.

What should I do if my package is damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

What is your return policy?

Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in their original condition with all original packaging and documentation. Customised pieces, and pieces altered or resized at your request, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Open Returns in your account within 7 days of delivery and pick the delivered order you want to return. Our care team then confirms the return address and the pickup arrangement for your PIN code.

Accepted Answer

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Accepted Answer

Once the returned piece reaches us we inspect it, and the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of it passing inspection.

Question 14

What are your pieces made of?

Accepted Answer

Our shringar is handcrafted in gold and silver, and our vastra and poshak are made in cotton and traditional fabrics. The materials and finish for each piece are described on its product page — if anything is unclear, please ask us before ordering.

Question 15

Do you offer customization services?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We take custom commissions for shringar, vastra and poshak — sized to your swaroop and made to your requirements. Write to us with the swaroop’s measurements, the occasion and any reference images, and we will come back to you with a design conversation and an estimate.

Question 16

What is your quality guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Every piece carries a 6-month manufacturing-defect warranty. Colours are dyed and finished to the standard described on the product page, and stitching is checked on every vastra and shringar piece before it leaves us.

Can a piece be altered after delivery?

Accepted Answer

We offer complimentary minor stitching and finishing support on request. Please note that a piece altered or resized at your request becomes non-returnable, so do contact us before sending anything back.
