These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Aanshi Shringar Art's website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aanshi Shringar Art. We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing information. However:
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only
- We reserve the right to correct any errors in product information
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- All sizes and measurements are approximate
- As our vastra and shringar are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, weave, and embroidery are natural and are not defects
Orders and Payment
When you place an order with us:
- Your order is an offer to purchase our products
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
- Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
- Orders are subject to product availability
- We may require additional verification for high-value orders
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:
- Razorpay — credit/debit cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets, processed securely by our payment partner
- Cash on Delivery (COD), where available for your order
- All prices shown are inclusive of applicable GST; any shipping charge (including a COD handling charge, where one applies) is included in the total shown at checkout before you pay — nothing is added afterwards
Shipping and Delivery
We are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time:
- We deliver to serviceable PIN codes within India; we do not ship internationally at present
- Shipping is free on orders above ₹5,000; below that it is calculated for your delivery PIN code and shown at checkout before payment
- Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2 business days; customised pieces take 7 to 14 business days
- After dispatch, delivery is typically 2-4 business days to metro PIN codes and 4-7 business days elsewhere in India
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier or regional disruptions
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase:
- Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within our published return window of delivery, unworn and in their original condition
- Pieces must be returned in their original packaging with all documentation and accessories
- Customised pieces, and pieces altered or resized at your request, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the piece arrived damaged or faulty
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned piece passing our inspection
Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our products:
- Genuine cotton fabric and traditional handcraft
- Manufacturing defect warranty for 6 months
- Colours are dyed and finished to the standard described in the product details
- Neat, durable stitching on every vastra and shringar piece
- Complimentary minor stitching and finishing support on request
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product
- We are not responsible for third-party actions or content
- Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute arising from your use of our Services, are governed by the laws of India.
- Courts of competent jurisdiction at the location of our registered office (see Seller & Platform Identity, above) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes
- This does not affect your right under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to also approach the consumer forum having jurisdiction over your place of residence or business, or where the cause of action arose
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Aanshi Shringar Art or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile any part of our Services without our prior written consent.
Automated Tools & AI
Some replies to reviews and the My Swaroop try-on preview are produced with the help of automated (AI) tools, as described in our Privacy Policy. Aanshi Shringar Art, as a company, is responsible for how these tools behave and for their output; no individual employee is personally answerable for it. A try-on preview is only an illustration of how a piece may look, not a representation of its exact size, colour or finish.
User Conduct
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit viruses or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access
- Interfere with our Services
- Use automated tools to access our site
- Submit false or misleading information
- Harass or harm others
